The website and app has two basic functionalities: To help people choose their preferred products from the beauty companies and help the beauty companies show their products to reach to more customers. As a user you understand that we are a platform that help people conduct transactions, however we do not control the companies that provide the services listed on our website or app. Therefore, we are not responsible for the quality of products or services you receive from companies. We will not be liable for any kind of loss or damage.

Violation of the agreement may result in the permanent denial of access to your account. We reserve the right to full autonomy in curating our content. As such we may pause or delete any service or account at our sole discretion.

Periodically, we may amend this Terms of Service statement. You agree and accept that your usage of our website or app on or after the date when changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of these amended Terms.

You accept that your usage of website or app is conducted at your own risk. We make no warranty or representation that any materials, images, files or other content obtained directly from or via website or app are free from errors or computer virus. Securing your device against computer viruses is your own responsibility. We make no warranty or representation regarding inaccurate data, typing errors, omission or other defects that may be contained within the materials found on our website or app.

Fees

We do not charge any fee from the users looking for products or services, however we offer a trial session for companies where they are able to gain access to our services for free (for a limited period of time) and then there will be a fee (14.75%) taken of each purchased products from the beauty companies. The aforementioned fee will be deducted from Companies’ available balance before transferring the same after the trial period if a company did not cease the service or as per arrangement between the same. In the event a company decides to cease the services, they are able to cancel the subscription service. Once a subscription is obtained, fee will not be refunded for that period after the trial period.

Shipping and Fees Policy

- When the order is ready from our partners for shipping, you will receive the tracking number for your shipment via conventional communication methods such as email, text messages or notifications on smart devices. You can also follow up on the status of the order and track the shipment by logging into the customer's account in our electronic application and reviewing the order there.

- The delivery period usually does not exceed 15 working days, calculated from the date of delivery of the order to the shipping company to deliver our products to you inside or outside Saudi Arabia, but this period may be exceeded depending on the accuracy of the delivery address, the customer's presence at the delivery site, the shipping company, customs procedures, force majeure and other matters affecting logistics operations in the region.

- The shipping company will contact you on the numbers provided by you in several ways in accordance with its times and policies, and the customer must respond to the shipping company and coordinate with it to receive the order.

- The recipient's data cannot be modified or changed after creating the shipping policy for any reason.

- If the shipment is not received by the recipient for any reason and it is returned to the store, the store does not bear any fees for reshipment or loss of the shipment.

- The store is not responsible for delayed or damaged shipments during transportation or storage outside the store's warehouses, and we do not accept compensation for damage resulting from this process and the agreement is made directly between the customer and the shipping company as all shipments are insured.

- Shipping companies must be contacted directly before contacting the store to follow up on the status of your shipments.

- Shipping fees are 25 riyals for shipments within the Kingdom

- Shipping fees outside the Kingdom vary according to the country, region and shipping company

- There are fees for payment upon receipt and will be collected directly by the shipping company

- If the shipping company does not respond to you after 15 working days have passed since receiving the shipment from them, please inform us of this for guidance and intervention if necessary.

- Holidays, weekends and official holidays must be taken into account during the shipping process as they are not included in the number of shipping days.

How can I cancel my order?

- You can certainly cancel your order easily by logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request, provided that it is within 7 days from the date of submitting the order, and the cancellation request will not be accepted after this period.

You agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless our company, along with its managers, officers, employees, members, attorneys, agents affiliates, assigns and successors, against and from any liabilities, losses, investigations, claims, judgments, settlements, costs, proceedings including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and disbursements regardless of whether a lawsuit or another proceeding has been filed, that arises out of or is in any way related to i) your violation or breach of any applicable state law, Federal law or these Terms of Service, or ii) your infringing of intellectual rights or copyrights belonging to any entity or individual, or iii) your usage of our website.
